Dr. Anjali Viswanath works as a Psychiatrist in Kerala, India. She has experience effectively treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. She uses a holistic approach to treating a person through medications, active listening, and counseling programs. She also provides emotional support to patients and family members and utilizes logic and reasoning to make potentially lifesaving or life-changing decisions. Her areas of interest are geriatric mental health, child and adolescent psychiatry, and substance use disorders. She is also interested in neurobiology, which helps her deal with various psychotropic drugs. She is enthusiastic about research and has done some research in geriatric psychiatry and substance use. She completed her MBBS from MES Medical College and MD Psychiatry from Government Medical College, Thrissur, in 2019.
