Dr. Rajesh Gayakwad did his MBBS from Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences in 2004 and DNB in Orthopedics in 2014. From his posts during his professional career, the doctor has found that he has the right attitude, dedication, and perseverance to sustain and enjoy the inevitable pressure of a career in orthopedic surgery. He is confident in presenting his ideas within a group. The doctor possesses a holistic approach to medicine and appreciates that a patient’s social and psychological state can significantly contribute to their recovery. He has maintained an excellent relationship with all the units throughout his training. In his recent postings, he has also improved his assertiveness, time management, and leadership skills through private practice.
