Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Follow these measures to control your blood pressure. Avoid smoking and other addictions. Reduce your salt intake in your diet. Reduce taking fatty foods, junk foods, and saturated fats. Avoid having stress and anxiety. Do regular moderate-intensity exercise. Do brisk walking for 30 minutes. Have proper sleep for eight hours. Reduce your weight even if your weight is in the normal range. Drink plenty of water and do deep breathing exercises and meditation. Measure your blood pressure while you are totally relaxed. Sit for five minutes in a quiet room without talking to anyone. Empty your bowel and bladder before checking your blood pressure. Avoid taking tea or coffee before 30 minutes of checking blood pressure. Sit on the chair with your feet on the ground with back supported and hand supported on the table. Put cuff at the position of the heart. Check your blood pressure and repeat it after 5 minutes again. Then check again and repeat it after five minutes. During this entire period, be relaxed and quiet. Arm with higher blood pressure readings is your blood pressure. Take atleast two readings and the average of two readings is your actual blood pressure. If these measures did not help you, start taking medicines. Before starting it, you can do a renal function test and electrolytes.
