Hydrosalpinx

Hydrosalpinx is a condition of having a blockage in a women's fallopian tube. Old infection in the fallopian tubes, endometriosis, severe adhesions in the pelvis, and appendicitis can lead to hydrosalpinx. It is treated by doing surgery to remove the affected tube.
